Waiver: After you register please make sure to get the waiver filled out by your players (and parents if coaching a youth team). We will need this completed before your first scheduled game. If we do not have it completed and in hand your games will be forfeited. Waivers are submitted via google forms. We will also have paper waivers on site for anyone who does not complete online.

Gear: Bring TWO jersey colors, light (home) and dark (away). In the event of conflicting colors the home team will change. No jewelry/watches of any kind. Shin guards are mandatory. Players must wear indoor court shoes or futsal shoes with a flat, non-marking rubber sole. No cleats or turf shoes allowed. GK are encouraged to wear knee pads. Evergreen Futsal will provide match balls.

Check in: Please arrive 20 mins prior to your first game to check in

Roster: No more than 2 coaches/managers on the sideline per team. Minimum of 5 players per team and maximum of 8. Players may play up but can not play down in age. Roster is locked in at time of check in. 

Game Rules:

1. 5v5 (4 field players and 1 keeper)
2. Each game is 20min, running clock. No half-time  
3. Every team will be guaranteed 3 games with potential for an additional championship game
4. Roster size: 5 minimum, 8 maximum
5. Subs will be on the fly
6. Restarts: Kick ins (no throw ins), corner kicks
7. GK: goal clearance must be thrown by goalie (cannot score from the throw), the keeper has 4 seconds to release the ball, no punting/drop kicks
8. All fouls/free kicks are direct free kicks, no slide tackles. Defenders must allow a minimum of 5-yards for all free kicks.
9. Cannot score directly off a kick in. If the kick is touched by another player (on either team) the goal will count.
10. Can score directly off a corner kick
11. No offsides
12. No headers (U12 and younger) / headers permitted (U13 and older)

Scoring/Standings: Each bracket is guaranteed 3 games with potential of a final game for the top 2 teams. Point system:  Win = 3 points Tie = 1 point  Loss = 0 points Shutout = 1 point bonus. In the event of a tie: Goal Differential, Goals For, Goals Against, Shootout
